1969 MG B MKII Roadster Bespoke Build

This bespoke build is a bold, refined take on the MGB MkII Roadster – completely re-engineered with performance, craftsmanship, and individuality at its core. Painted in deep BMW Alpina Green Metallic and trimmed in a striking combination of blood red and warm charcoal hides, this car merges classic British lines with modern power and comfort. Inside, every surface is hand-finished, from the dark green Wilton carpet to the sculpted MX5-style seats and custom stitching. It’s a deeply personal build, elevated further by a matching, handcrafted guitar made by the owner – a one-of-a-kind piece designed to echo the car’s spirit.

Under the bonnet, a new Mazda 2.0L engine with quad throttle bodies and Omex management delivers 159kW through a six-speed manual transmission. Upgraded front and rear suspension, four-pot billet brakes, and a limited-slip diff bring dynamic handling, while modern additions like electric windows, power steering, air conditioning, and Becker Europa audio ensure everyday usability. With period-correct details and meticulous attention throughout, this isn’t just a restored roadster – it’s a rolling expression of craft and character.
